Program Overview
Arrows-In-Motion (AIM) is an 8-week accountability and creative development program designed for adults who are ready to move forward on their personal or professional projects; whether that’s finishing a book, writing a stage play, completing a film script, or finally launching that long-delayed creative idea.
Participants meet Mondays, 6:30–7:45 PM, in a supportive and motivating environment that emphasizes action over procrastination. Registration is open year-round, allowing creatives to join when they’re ready to commit.
The AIM method helps members:
Define their specific creative or career goals
Break those goals into manageable, weekly action steps
Build confidence through accountability and peer support
Receive professional guidance toward completion and next-step opportunities
The program concludes with a graduation celebration and certificate presentation.

Dream2Screen, the perfect place for young filmmakers and aspiring actors to turn their dreams into reality. Our program gives San Antonio Youth the unique opportunity to experience what it takes to make a professional short film while learning directly from the best minds in the film industry.
Our program consists of an immersive mentorship program where you will gain valuable insight and instruction on how to take a script and bring it to life on the big screen. You will act, direct, or produce the film in teams, depending on your preferences. Throughout the process, you will have guidance and support from experienced and award-winning mentors and directors, gaining the necessary confidence and experience needed to start a successful film career.
We have an exceptional faculty and an amazing curriculum. We make sure our mentees not only develop the necessary film making skills but also explore different stories and become a storyteller. By the end of the program, mentees will be armed with a final cut of their movie and the confidence to embark on the journey of their dream.
At Dream2Screen, you will be part of a family, develop lasting friendships and make valuable connections that will open new doors in the future.
Our goal is to empower the youth to pursue their dreams and transform the next generation of storytellers.
